3. Pricing and Payment

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.2 The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5.3 Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to the customer upon delivery of the products.

6. Return and Refund Policy

6.1 Due to the nature of fragrance and incense products, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

6.2 Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery by providing photographs and order details.

6.3 Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by the Company.

7. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

7.1 Bulk orders, distributor orders, and customized fragrance products may be subject to separate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

7.2 Customized or made-to-order products shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced.
